Are Big Bows Too Cutesy?
These days I’ve been seeing bows, big and modest on clothes everywhere. (All the shirts under are from Top Shop simple due to the fact I’m also lazy to look through another site.) Occasionally a bow really provides some considerably necessary adornment and girliness to a shirt or dress. But often I come to feel like it’s just as well significantly. As with nautical-inspired clothes, the design could grow to be overly cutesy and costume-searching.
For instance, I first saw this shirt online I thought the bow was way as well big. It absolutely reminded me of the sailor or college uniforms that we see in Japanese anime. But then I noticed my pal use it and it seemed basic and adorable, but not overly cute on her. Probably the crucial is to maintain every thing else about the shirt (ie. your jeans and hair) easy?
Moving onto a lot more bows… I am not a fan of a bow graphic tee, or any prints that have minor bows all above them. I believed the level of a bow was to add some thing added, sort of like yet another layer or texture to the shirt.
I cannot decide what to consider of this bow. On a single hand the leading would search less complicated but plainer without having the bow. On the other hand, it helps make a possibly adaptable top rated into a thing far more frilly and girly.
The silhouette (sort of Miu Miu S/S08-esque) caught my eye. The fake buttons are a good touch, but what do you consider of the bows? They look to match the shirt.
This is my favorite out of the shirts right here. For some odd purpose, I really like the large bow in the middle -possibly it’s since the bow doesn’t search entirely like a huge puffy bow. It really is really flat and the colours of the shirt (nude and white) make the top look a lot more innovative than cutesy. It appears like a nice best for work (supplied you perform in a casual enterprise company.)
