Paris S/S 09: Nina Ricci
When I was a child, I’d somehow received the impression that Nina Ricci was for previous folks (indeed, I obtained started into vogue really early). I am definitely significantly wiser now (possibly that or Olivier Theysken done a miracle), since the Nina Ricci assortment this year was anything at all but aged. 
There were plenty of tulles and leggings. The shade palette was a nuetral cream, pale and nude. The shape of the skirts, quick and contemporary in the front, but comfortable and overflowing behind them, were lovely. There was also a large shoulder silohoeutte thing likely on that contrasted effectively with the comfortable flows of the attire. I specially cherished the white large shoulder leather jacket (left) above the super female dress. 
The relaxation of the runway was fascinating. There had been plenty of shorts and t-shirts, and leotard seeking outfits (left), that appeared a lot more like day to day residence use (or ballet costumes) than all set-to-use. Then there ended up super heroe inspired ball gowns. Perhaps this is an extension of Christina Ricci’s attractive red super heroe dress for the Achieved Costume Institute Gala this year?
